26 Development Agency that has founded at 81 province depending upon State Projection Service    every year regularly provide Grant Support to SAMIDOs, Puplic Institutions, Regional Institutions and Non-profit non-governmental organizations. Investments which will make by taking into account regional priorities and needs the most successful projects are evaluating by independent evaluators and then strat to implement.
